Pillar bar is extremely popular among rigidity up parts. This is a reinforcement part for the rear gate opening, which is a weak point in hatchback cars.
In order to seek further rigidity from
the conventional shaft diameter of 20φ, it was changed to 25φ. In the stiffness test, we achieved
a strength increase of 128% (our bending test value). Even if the
diameter is thickened, the hollowness rate has also been increased, so the weight is the same as the conventional product! It is coated with
SPL gold baking coating, which is resistant to rust and the paint surface strength is improved.
